Regina Levison is a thought leader and innovator in the health care recruitment industry. As President of Levison Search Associates, she supports client organizations from a wide array of health care settings throughout the U.S., with innovative and cost-effective solutions to meet their top-priority and ongoing staffing goals. As the health care industry develops integrated care and other models to improve quality of care and reduce costs, Regina provides coaching to client organizations in compensation, recruitment incentives, and cultural fit to ensure newly hired providers and leaders excel and stay, long-term.
She has been active in health care professional associations and was a co-founder of two organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her experiences include board roles for a hospital, a hospice/palliative care organization, and the California State Rural Health Association, all of which add insight to the many clinical, financial, and staffing challenges faced by her clients. Regina writes and speaks on the topic of health care recruitment and has been interviewed by many health care publications. In addition, she serves as one of the nation’s few expert witnesses with expertise in health care recruitment, job opportunities, and compensation. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration at California State University at Sacramento.
