As Past President of the Idaho MGMA chapter, she understands the necessity for continuous improvements and best practices in operational performance. Michelle excels at helping clients implement solutions imperative to survive and thrive in the future of healthcare.

Pat carries experience devising and implementing innovative administrative practices, as well as specialty-based expertise including OB/GYN, high risk perinatal diagnostics, neuroscience, radiology, pathology, complementary medicine, and transplant surgery.

Andrew Craigie, MHA – Transformationist
Andrew Craigie, MHA – Transformationist
Andrew Craigie is a Bellingham Washington native and retired CEO of Garfield County Public Hospital District No. 1, Pomeroy Washington. Mr. Craigie is a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Business Administration, emphasis Hospitality, and a Master of Healthcare Administration from St. Josephs College of Maine. He has served in both public and private enterprise.
He began his career with Marriott Corporation where he quickly advanced into a regional sales management capacity, eventually leaving Marriott and joining Sunrise Senior Living Services as an Executive Director. In 2000 Andrew joined Garfield County Hospital where he led the organization in developing best practices in culture change and rapid process improvement. Mr. Craigie has extensive experience in system standards development, financial management, staff development and process improvement methods.

Tiffany Todd is a talented data analytics professional whose experience is derived from the Integrated Health Delivery System model consisting of a 378 bed hospital as well as 23 professional practice offices, including Rural Health Clinics, and spanning over 37 individual specialties.
Tiffany has extensive experience in compiling data sets, identifying trends and opportunities and then presenting in a manner that is of high value and easily understood by physicians, executives, or board members. With a multitude of knowledge in the areas of productivity, revenue, staffing, coding, billing, drug costs, compliance, fee schedules, population health, physician compensation, Stark and Anti-Kickback regulation and patient satisfaction Tiffany brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
She has transformed professional practices by embracing a culture of transparency and data driven communication, action planning and goal setting. Tiffany has developed physician and leadership dashboards with meaningful KPI information, reports and the ability to drill down to detailed information supporting each metric. She has worked closely with physicians and administrators to ensure clarity of all data sets, comparison to essential national data sets and progress monitoring and reporting. Tiffany embraces the physicians desire to focus on practicing medicine versus checking boxes and is able to communicate data driven conclusions and recommendations quickly and concisely so that physicians can spend their time on what is most meaningful to them and what most benefits patients.

Proven track record of designing and implementing effective procedures for all credentialing functions; expert in high volume credentialing while meeting all facility, state, and federal regulatory requirements; ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and partner with leadership to create solutions that offer immediate positive impact to the organization; driven leader with department creation experience; 12+ years credentialing experience; 7+ years credentialing leadership experience.

Heidi Davies, MBA, ACHE: Business Development/ Transformationist
Heidi Davies is an experienced healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience in various clinical and administrative leadership roles including director of operations, physician services, regional manager, and chief executive officer. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Her key strengths include leadership, professional development, strategic planning, negotiation skills, and innovation. She is skilled at identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, analyzing data to address issues, recruiting, training, and mentoring employees. She has launched and directed her own surgical assistant staffing agency. Previously, she served in the United States Army as a combat medic and drill sergeant. Heidi holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Healthcare, is certified as a surgical first assistant, and is fluent in Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys fly fishing, mountain biking, and hiking.

Kevin has been working in academic medicine in both Colorado and Utah since 2001. Over the past 20+ years, he has held various leadership roles, including Business Specialist, Administrative Manager, Associate Director, Administrative Director, and Associate Chair for Administration and Finance within the Department of Internal Medicine located in Salt lake City, Utah. In each of these roles, Kevin increased both his knowledge and experience in the various challenges that face associations, universities, and health systems. Over the past 12 months, Kevin actively participated as a Councilor for the Alliance of Academic Internal Medicine (AIM) and previously as member of the Business of Medicine Initiative Task Force. Being a Councilor and taskforce member afforded Kevin the opportunity to see some of the operations, dedication, and focus of AIM members, staff, and colleagues from around the country. Kevin brings his many years of leadership experience, redesigning clinical and financial operations, improving the patient experience, achieving quality outcomes, and implementing strategic priorities to our IGA partner clinic.

Her well-honed skills easily transitioned when she joined a national healthcare recruitment firm. Heidi’s healthcare industry functional knowledge and recruitment domain expertise quickly spurred her rise as the firm’s top-producing Search Consultant, and she was promoted to the role of Director of Recruitment. Heidi’s ability to successfully manage a large and diverse portfolio reflects her relationship-building skills and strong work ethic.

Deb has been transforming medical care delivery since her career began. She has established rural health clinics, grown multi-specialty physician practices, and facilitated countless strategy sessions that have helped clients achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. Deb’s great love is to pass this knowledge along via public speaking with humor, practical reality, and a commitment to provide resources that transform how care is delivered. As a past board chair of MGMA, she understands the complexity of the healthcare system and knows how to work in it without making it more complicated. Her strengths lie in strategic planning, governance, and leadership coaching. Deb recently retired and is keeping busy in her retirement as the current President of the PNW Passport Rotary Club District 5050. Using her V2V skills in organizational dynamics, strategic planning, and leadership development to support various mission organizations who are serving in countries providing famine relief, medical care,
women’s health, housing, and clean water resources and putting the Bible to music for prayer and worship.
