Building a Culture of Transformation
Team Building Webinar Series

Transformation is the buzz word these days but reality is most of our teams are not yet skilled to endure a true transformation. As with challenges of the past we continue to ask our staff to do more, do it differently, and adopt new thought processes. What is needed to sustain in the ever-shifting industry is to build a team that thrives in a continuous improvement or evolution cycle.  That requires a culture shift. This series is designed to get your team thinking about the fundamentals required to excel in a culture of transformation.

The series is available both with a live Q & A session or as recordings to access when it is convenient for you and your team to view.

Watch it as a group or allow each person to view when it is convenient. Each of these webinars can stand alone but when purchased as a full series they will build upon one another offering your team the fundamental skills to support a culture of transformation.

ABSTRACTS AND OBJECTIVES:

Part 1: The Answer is "YES" - $159

Launch Date: December 5th, 2019    Speaker: Debra Wiggs, FACMPE

Consider a day in which you only answer “yes”.  What barriers are broken, what problems are solved, what mistakes are avoided when you and your team look at every question from a “yes” perspective?   How does the positive perspective impact the ability to get things done, what skills are required to live a “yes” mind set?  All these questions and concepts are brought together with various skill development tools to help you and your team address the many challenges facing us each day.

Objectives:

  • Identify the components of trust, courtesy and transparency
  • Introduce the critical thinking conversation and an environment of inquiry
  • Evaluate the organization for opportunities where individuals can improve their performance and provide an environment that promotes a positive perspective

Part 2: The Role of Critical Thinking Skills - $159

Launch Date: December 12th, 2019    Speaker: Michelle Wier, MBA, CMPE

The kryptonite that prevents organizations from moving past their programming is a culture that does not demand, and value critical thinking skills partnered with personal accountability. This presentation includes how critical thinking skills promote transformation, what critical thinking skills are and how to assess them personally and within your team and organization. The presentation will look at what the next steps are to promote critical thinking as a skill set and how to implement that process in your organization.

Objectives:

  • Understanding critical thinking as a skill set
  • Demonstrate the skills necessary within your team to support a fundamental culture change that supports ongoing transformation
  • Discuss the tools available to you and your team that foster team development

Part 3: DOWNTIME*: Opportunities to Improve Performance - $159

Launch Date: December 19th, 2019    Speaker: Debra Wiggs, FACMPE

Does your team have the skills to assist in identifying the hidden costs in healthcare? Deploying DOWNTIME*  process analysis efforts will allow your team to improve performance, enhance job satisfaction, improve patient satisfaction, and ultimately improve the bottom line.  The DOWNTIME* Acronym is a LEAN tool to help participants look for workflow improvements in their own practice. This webinar provides your team with a variant of the DOWNTIME* tool focusing specifically on areas of opportunity within the medical practice environment.  Empower your team to engage in the analysis efforts of finding the hidden opportunities through building the culture of transformation.

Objectives:

  • Understand the DOWNTIME* tool and how to embrace the resource in your practice
  • Identify areas of the practice which might contain ineffective performance or resource utilization
  • Recognize ways to change performance and/or resources to reduce the impact of workflow cost on the practice.

“Knowing it is time to reshape your current reality is the first step to transformation. When we contacted V2V, our goal was to innovate our clinic network from all aspects; integration, structure, financial controls and leadership. Michelle and her team at V2V helped us develop a well-defined plan. In transformational management one hears Quality times Acceptance equals Results (Q*A = R). Along with the quality of recommendations, V2V worked diligently to garner both input and acceptance from providers and staff. This is what I believe will ensure long-term, sustainable success for our clinics in a very uncertain time..”

“Michelle Wier, CMPE, worked with our EMS program for a year, providing interim financial management at a crucial time for our hospital district based agency. Her exemplary work included budget and tool development, redesign of our financial statements, and a compensation analysis for all EMS positions. She helped provide crucial accountability for our internal accounting systems, contract negotiation support and a streamlining of our in house processes and reporting structures. I highly recommend her work product and greatly appreciate her astuteness and work ethic.”
