This experience offered distinctive insight into the priorities, needs, and day-to-day concerns of medical providers, healthcare leaders, and patients.
Her well-honed skills easily transitioned when she joined a national healthcare recruitment firm. Heidi’s healthcare industry functional knowledge and recruitment domain expertise quickly spurred her rise as the firm’s top-producing Search Consultant, and she was promoted to the role of Director of Recruitment. Heidi’s ability to successfully manage a large and diverse portfolio reflects her relationship-building skills and strong work ethic.
With more than 30 years of healthcare and recruitment experience, Heidi is keenly aware of the challenges encountered by organizations in a time of severe physician shortage and ever-changing industry. Heidi is adept at understanding and evaluating organizational culture, resulting in customized, effective client recruitment initiatives. A strategic thinker and communicator, she enjoys building relationships through top-tier client service. Heidi is an active member of MGMA, Washington MGMA, and National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters.
In her free time, Heidi enjoys entertaining friends and family in her Pacific Northwest home, cooking, traveling internationally, and sailing with her husband. She finds great personal reward by volunteering her time and resources to various breast cancer awareness and animal welfare organizations.
